Digital and social media marketing is probably one of the most dynamic subjects in hotel management. As you are reading this message, there are probably some new technologies or platforms being introduced to the market. But the purpose of this course is not to introduce new gadgets or platforms.

Our objective is to discuss theories and frameworks governing online marketing which possess both academic and practical rigor. The case studies, industry interviews, and assignments would demonstrate how the theories and frameworks can be applied in the business environment. It is my wish that upon completion of this course, you will be able to take what you have developed here and incorporate it to complement your current online marketing initiatives.
