Enrolment options

The aim of this certificate is to give students the necessary tools for the daily management of the wines in their restaurant. By improving their wine knowledge, they will be able to better sell their wines in restaurants and to also better train their staff.

At the end of this course food and beverage managers will get the basic knowledge in viticulture, oenology. They will also learn how to design a wine list and how to better promote wines in their restaurant.

The course will also include information on market trends and the international wine market (production, consumption).

Through tasting, students will be able to determine and describe the taste of a wine, how to discriminate wines that have different qualities

A significant amount of preparatory work, through videos, is required before each course.
