Topics include mapping of the hotel development process, recommending the best facilities (through best practice space planning), conducting a hotel market and feasibility (as part of a development business plan), articulating and negotiating the main commercial terms for a hotel development deal, articulate an offer for a site, understand all the steps to  open an hotel 

You will work on a real life case. Your mission will be to  create and present your feasibility study to buy a property in Spain , Madrid  to your designated investor.
