Welcome to the course "Feasibility Analysis, Development and Negotiations"!
Have you ever thought about developing a new hotel? Are you planning to buy a hotel or work in hotel acquisitions?
This course aims to equip you with a set of tools to analyze the feasibility of a hotel investment and present your project in a succinct and effective way.
During this course, you will learn how to conceive a new hotel or renovate an existing one. You will also learn how to conduct a hotel feasibility study as well as the major aspects you should analyze and negotiate in a hotel management agreement.
