This course equips participants with key capabilities for managing and leading organisations more ethically and sustainably. Topics will include ethical thinking, corporate social and environmental responsibility, stakeholder management, professional ethics, and ethical leadership. An applied ethical decision-making framework will be developed in order to handle ethical dilemmas likely to occur in business situations. Steps and measures to reduce the unethical climate of an organization will be identified. The costs of unsustainable or unsocial corporate decisions will be assessed and the case for strategic CSR made. Finally, emphasis will be laid on the differences in ethical traditions originating from the plurality of cultures.
