Welcome to Managing Underperforming Properties, the first course of your Performing through Business Cycles module.
This online course is designed for you to develop a deeper understanding of managing and implementing turnarounds. During these 4 weeks we will go through the different decline stages of a company, provide you with a toolbox to manage as well as implement turnarounds, and introduce you to the leadership challenges during crisis and turnaround implementation.
You will learn how to assess the general environment and the hospitality industry and how to manage and implement turnarounds overcoming leadership challenges in times of crisis. During the course you will be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge through exercises, case studies, and forum discussions. I hope you have a great learning experience!
