The goal of this course is to provide a thorough understanding of key financial decisions made by companies evolving in an international environment.
These include capital budgeting, debt and equity raising and pay-out policies, as well as corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, public offerings).
A particular focus will be given to the roles and objectives of capital providers and their involvement in the hospitality sector.
