Welcome to the course "Hotel Asset Management"!
Hotel Asset Management requires a full overview and understanding of the hotel business.
It is one of the few disciplines which requires both strategic thinking and analytical skills. During this course, you will develop a strong strategic perspective on what is needed to enhance the value of a property on behalf of an owner. This course will equip you with relevant asset management techniques for evaluating different real estate projects and capital structuring for hotel deals.
